On December 17, 2009, Mr. Xie Shunxing, the President of CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property Agent Limited and Ms. Zhang Jing, Patent Attorney of CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property Agent Limited were invited to gave lectures on " Whether Claims Can Obtain Support from the Description " and " The Inventiveness Evaluation Criteria of Chinese Patent" during their visit in Japan. 

Mr. Xie symmetrically elaborated his topic by covering three significant aspects, which are the ground of necessity of description supporting claims, frequent problem in practice, and method and solution to overcome description failing of supporting claims. Ms. Zhang thoroughtly described the Inventiveness Evaluation Criteria of Invention and Utility Model and methods to overcome the Inventiveness objection .

The representations from Japanese enterprises and agents participated in this seminar. The organizer and participants spoke highly of these lectures.

It is reported that this seminar has been regarded as an agency training by Japan Agents Association.
